Vinyasa Flow Yoga

60 MINUTES - Intermediate

Vinyasa Flow creatively and intuitively weaves together yoga postures and breath to promote body clairvoyance and presence.  Postures improve strength, endurance, balance and increase bone density. This moving meditation will not only challenge you physically but will assist to relieve stress and promote balance.  Suitable for all levels.


Yin Yoga

60 MINUTES - All levels

Exercise for your joints! A passive style of yoga in which the muscles of the body are relaxed in order to gently stress the deeper layers of connective tissue and fascia. Poses are held longer (3-7 minutes) as the body rests into stillness, improving range of motion and mobility while promoting clarity and overall well-being. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class is also a great way for athletes to release fascia!


Gentle/Senior Yoga (SS)

60 MINUTES - beginners and seniors

Beginners and older adults will appreciate the slower pace and focus on strength and balance basics this class provides. The practice results in improved circulation, flexibility, increased strength and bone density, and a quiet, restful mind, leaving students grounded and energized for the day ahead. 


Chair Yoga (SS)

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline originating in ancient India; while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is also about creating balance in the body through development of both strength and flexibility by performing poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits. This class is perfect for those wanting to experience the benefits of a yoga practice, without placing unnecessary strain on the joints of the knees, hips, wrists and shoulders as postures are done either from a standing position or while seated in a chair.


Yoga for Golf

60 minutes - all levels

Improve your golf performance! This class incorporates flexibility, coordination, strength, balance, core conditioning, breathing awareness, focus and concentration, relaxation and visualization techniques. The postures are weight bearing and use the force of gravity and your own body weight to build strength and endurance. The flexibility gained from a yoga practice increases your range of motion and power in the golf swing and prevents injuries.


Iyengar Yoga

90 MINUTES - All levels

A form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.


Let Go, Let Flow Qigong (SS)

75 MINUTES- all levels

This class begins with 15 minutes of Seated Relaxation Exercises to provide the quiet that enables you to feel the energy and prepare for the physical practice. Let Go Let Flow Gentle Exercises, are designed from the healing Art and Science of Qigong.  Qigong (pronounced Chee Gong) is an ancient physical discipline that means “energy work or effort”   As you Let Go and relax into the gentle and slow movements and Let Flow your breath, your internal relaxed awareness becomes a massage to all 50 trillion cells of your body to feel completely comfortable in your body.


Strength & Balance (SS)

60 MINUTES- Beginner/Intermediate

This functional fitness class is perfect for aging adults, those new to exercise, or anyone recovering from an injury as it focuses on strengthening the body with a combination of light intensity cardio, weights and body resistance to build strength, increase bone density, as well as improve balance and circulation. Wear closed toed shoes for this class, no mat required. 


Zumba Gold (SS)

60 MINUTES - beginner/intermediate 

Perfect for active adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy to  follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. 


Corebar Strong™

30 MINUTES - intermediate/advanced 

The signature of Corebar Strong™ is that it’s 30 minutes of interval based core and strength.  This intense, yet playful, training program integrates the lightly weighted (2.2lb) Corebar, which acts as a stabilizer for the core and is designed to increase strength from the inside out with challenging and efficient exercises to improve the strength, mobility and stability of your entire body. No fancy dance moves, just results! 


Corebar Mobility™

30 minutes - intermediate/advanced

The signature of the Corebar Mobility™ is that it’s 30 minutes of interval based core, strength and mobility training integrating the lightly weighted (2.2lb) Corebar, which acts as a core stabilizer to increase emphasis on mobility and functional strength. The class consists of a warm-up followed by 3 series of 7 minutes each. It is perfect as a supplement to regular strength training and will challenge your whole body in a new, more efficient way. You’ll leave the class feeling stronger and more mobile.
